Total Vet Care aims to provide a high quality and value veterinary service for Perth’s small animal pet owners. We aim to treat your pets with the same care and dedication we would use to treat our own pets.

  • We like to discuss treatment and diagnostic options that best serve you and your pet’s needs and budget and give you estimates wherever possible. 
  • We only advise procedures, tests or medications because we feel this is very important to advance your pet’s health and wellbeing. We’re not here to upsell.
  • We aim to communicate with you as soon as possible regarding laboratory test results to keep you informed and updated in a timely manner.

CONSULTATIONS

Consultations operate on an appointment basis. This is to minimise waiting, though delays may be unavoidable if emergencies arrive. Please let us know on arrival if you are running on a tight schedule.

SUGERY APPOINTMENTS

Routine surgeries such as desexing are done each weekday. Generally, 2 or more working days is sufficient notice for us to schedule an appointment.
Non-routine surgeries will need to be booked according to availability but we will try to schedule according to urgency.

PAYMENTS

We accept payments by Cash, debit card and Visa and Mastercard. We also accept Amex with a 2%surcharge. Payment is to be made at completion of professional services and sale of goods. Sorry, we don’t offer accounts or payment plans.
